Your student's ID number is located on the student identification form that you need to review and update in your packet. If you have trouble locating the number, please call the CES office at 487-7312.
Thursday, May 9, 2013 at 10:07AM Early registration materials will be sent home Thursday 5/9 with all students. PLEASE complete and return the stapled packet, fee form and payment in the sealed brown envelope you received them in by Friday, May 17. Also, please check information/phone numbers carefully before returning packet. Registration is $68 by check (preferred) or cash and online payments of $71 (includes a $3 processing fee) can be made via Skyward (instructions for making online payments will be posted here as soon as they are obtained).
Forms needed for new students including residency requirements and other forms all parents may need, such as medication forms, pesticide notification, etc. will be posted on this site. Free/reduced lunch forms will be available in July. Agendas including school handbooks will be given to each student on the first day of school.
Class Lists will be posted on this site after the August 7 registration date.
A REGISTRATION DAY will be held on Wednesday, August 7 at CIS from 11:00-6:00 for new students and returning students who need to finish the registration process.
